Caucasian Billy has , blond hair and freckles. He's wearing a plaid coat, white shirt, initialed "B" red necktie, blue jeans and black & white sneakers.

Condition ~  Used - not abused.
Overall Very Good in my opinion, light marks right collar,
very small tiny scuffs
mouth area and a shoe, eye edge.
Mouth works fine. Eyes erratically (stick moving right to left)
If I rub an eyeball back and forth several times they'll work with the finger slide easily for a short time, then stick on right again.
(Discounted for "sticky" eye - no bologna ...)
