    Make a Fully Workable Ventriloquist Dummy Book by David Woodroffe.  Simon and Schuster first published in Great Britain in 1990.  This book looks like new.  The cover and every page are in pristine condition.  The pages are a heavy paper stock so that you can cut out the pieces and assemble a fully working dummy.  I believe that this book is rare.  My husband who was a ventriloquist purchased it around 20 years ago but he passed away before he had a chance to build the dummy.  It has been stored on a bookshelf in a climate controlled room in a non-smoking home.
