Incredibly soft and soothing, in wsrm or cool weather. Wick moisture away from skin, keeping you dry & comfortable - feel warm when wet, not cold and clammy as with cotton and disposables. Natural lanolin content cleanses wool as it dries - wash only occasionally.  Can be sterilized.
Soothingly soft nursing pads made with KbT-certified organic merino wool, designed by Danish nurse. Style ORIGINAL contains 2 layers knitted wool. Many find them more comfortable than disposables or cotton - wool absorbs moisture, keeping skin dry, and breathes, to maintain comfortable temperature in warmth or cold. Available in a variety of sizes and styles to suit each woman's needs.
Most women need only 2-3 pairs for entire nursing period. Wool's natural lanolin content provides self-cleansing properties, allowing for extended use without washing. Wash, on average (depending on amount of leaking), every 2 weeks with lanolin-replenishing woolwash to maintain hygienic effects. LANACare's lanolin-replenishing soap contains 7.5% lanolin, higher than most other woolwashes.
XS, 5 inch diameter. Cup size A-B. Most comparable to disposables in size when in place. (See photo for size comparison to disposable). Sold as set of 2 pads - one pair. (Take note - these are larger than most women expect! Cup size is a guideline - please choose size based on measurements.) If uncertain, choose XS or Small. Larger than disposables, the edge falls further back to make pads less noticeable through clothing.
Style ORIGINAL - 2 layers knitted organic merino wool, for light/mod leaking. Recommended style for women with open sores. Available in 3 sizes. Style Softline sufficient for most women's needs. Style Ekstra for heavier leaking.
